HOW DID IT START?

Jaz Rai is founder and chairperson of the Sikh Recovery Network. He regularly talks about addiction and other issues of importance to the Sikh community in the media and in 2020, and was recognised by 10 Downing Street for his work supporting people with drug and alcohol addiction.

“All I have ever wanted to do is to try and help others who have gone through and are going through the same issues I did but to hear I will be getting an award from the Prime Minister is amazing” – Jaz Rai
